Sidney Cockatiel
Sidney Sidney is a normal gray
female cockatiel. She was bred
to Muffen, a normal gray tiel'
Sidney laid three eggs and
two hatched producing two
beautiful baby tiels. One was
a normal grey female named
Baby Gray and the other was a
pied male, named Jasper friendlys.
Sadly enough baby gray wasnt the
healthyist bird and died
of an unknown cause.
At firstI had one
normal gray tiel' named "muffen"
one day we decided to get Muffen
a wife so off he went
with Muffen on my shoulder to
different pet stores to find our
king the perfect queen!
When we arived at one pet store
there was a mean looking gray
female tiel. Muffen greeted her
with a number of whistles
like Jingle bells, twinkle, twinkle,
wolf whistles and others
This gray bird was deffinatly
impressed by his songs for
they hit it off at once.
We named the gray bird Sidney
for she reminded us of a big
bad busines lady and the name
just fit.
But when we got home they were
so nasty to eachother we thought
we would have to bring the gray
bird back.
As time went by they accepted eachother
and grew to like eachother and today
they are imseparatable.
They story of Sidney
Sid- the unfriendly bid?? Although we havnt been able
to scan any pictues of Sidney
we found this bird on the
internet that looks alot like
Sidney but she is a lighter gray.
Although Sidney is not as nice as
the rest of her family she is comming
along nicely. When we first
brought her home she was mean
and nasty and wild but
since then we have trained her
to do everything else the
other birds do. She has a nasty bite and
she is a great bird but she as
not yet bonded to us just
Muffen.
